6.3 Non-Compete Agreement: Agree not to poach or steal clients through the Select Tuition platform. Violation of this clause may result in zero payment for any students involved and potential legal action.
Failure to adhere to this Staff Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment.
